Experienced Dumper Drivers Wanted – West Sussex! 🚨

We are urgently seeking skilled and reliable Dumper Drivers for immediate starts on construction sites across West Sussex.

If you hold the necessary tickets and have a proven track record of safe, efficient operation, we want to hear from you!

Essential Requirements

Valid Dumper Ticket: Must be certified for operating machines both above and below 10 tonnes.

Valid CSCS Card (Mandatory site access certification).

Valid CPCS or NPORS Certification (The specific plant operator qualification).

Right to Work in the UK (Proof required).

Must provide two verifiable finishing references.

Dumper Driver Duties

As an experienced Dumper Driver, your core duties will include:

Safe Operation: Operating Forward Tipping Dumpers and Articulated Dump Trucks (ADT) in accordance with safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

Material Transport: Transporting various materials (e.g., earth, rubble, gravel, sand) efficiently across busy and often challenging construction sites.

Loading & Unloading: Controlling the machine to safely load and unload materials in coordination with groundworkers and other plant operators (such as excavator drivers).

Pre- and Post-Use Checks: Conducting thorough daily visual and operational checks (pre-start checks) on the machine, reporting any defects promptly to the site manager.

Site Support: Assisting with other general labouring or groundworking duties when the machine is not in use, as directed by the site supervisor.

Site Navigation: Maneuvering the dumper safely around obstacles, other machinery, and personnel, maintaining high spatial awareness at all times.
