A leading London-based construction company is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a variety of social housing projects, including Decent Homes, structural repairs, kitchen & bathroom upgrades, externals, internals, and reactive maintenance.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations across occupied and void properties

Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality and productivity
*
Maintain excellent client and resident relationships
*
Ensure all works are completed safely and to specification
*
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and resources efficiently
*
Monitor programme and budgets, reporting to the Project Manager
*
Carry out site inspections, snagging, and handovers
*
Attend progress and client meetings as required
