Location: Austria, Vienna (MUST have an EU Passport)
Salary: €110k – €120k

We’re seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead and manage the commissioning engineering team across a range of M&E projects. The successful candidate will ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards, while driving process improvements and supporting the technical development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead commissioning activities and manage the commissioning team across multiple projects.
Develop and implement project-specific commissioning plans and schedules.
Ensure commissioning is completed in line with technical specifications and client requirements
Oversee documentation, including O&M manuals, drawings, and compliance certificates
Qualifications & Experience –

MUST have an EU Passport
Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical projects (M&E exposure essential)
Background in sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical facilities
Strong technical knowledge of LPHW, CHW, ventilation, lab gases, and plantroom systems
Understanding of mechanical controls, plumbing, and pipework
Ability to interpret CAD drawings; familiarity with BIM/Navisworks advantageous
