Project Quantity Surveyor
Project Quantity Surveyor- Building Services / M&E Contractor
I'm looking to speak with Project Quantity Surveyors, ideally at Intermediate to Project QS level, though applications from all commercial levels are welcome to join a well-established Building Services Contractor specialising in full airside packages, including the manufacture and installation of ductwork and ventilation systems across major commercial, healthcare, and infrastructure projects.
This is a hands-on commercial role working closely with the estimating and project delivery teams to ensure financial control from tender through to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the handover process from Estimating to Project Delivery
Procure subcontractor packages and prepare subcontract agreements
Build and manage CVRs, monitoring project performance and cost control
Oversee subcontractor accounts, including valuations, variations, instructions, and payment certificates
Attend site visits with the Project Manager to capture and value change
Prepare and agree monthly applications for payment (AFP) with the client
Price variations and review tender-to-construction changes and equipment schedules
Participate in client meetings to discuss progress, applications, and variations
Manage final accounts and negotiationsAbout You:
Background in M&E, ductwork, or building services contracting
Strong understanding of cost control and commercial reporting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both clients and supply chain
Confident using industry-standard tools (Excel, cost reporting software, etc.)What's on Offer:
