Project Manager / Senior Site Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Site-Based Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to take ownership of major logistics construction projects, leading delivery from the ground up. This is a key role for a confident site leader with experience managing large-scale industrial or logistics builds

The Role

* Act as the No.1 on site, managing all aspects of construction delivery

* Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

* Amazon experience is highly advantagous.

* Drive programme performance, manage budgets, and report progress accurately.

* Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

* Ensure compliance with all HSEQ standards and company procedures.

About You

* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager on large-scale logistics or industrial projects.

* High-volume logistics background highly desirable.

* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Solid understanding of construction methodology and technical detail.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
