About the Role
We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead a major CAT B office fit-out in the West End of London. The project spans five floors and approximately 20,000 sq ft, with a tight 20-week programme commencing in January.
The role will involve working 2-3 days per week from the company’s office, with the remainder of your time spent on site. You’ll take full ownership of project delivery — managing subcontractors, programme, quality, health & safety, cost control, and client communication. You’ll act as the senior point of contact for this fast-track, high-profile fit-out, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering commercial CAT B office fit-outs
*
Successful track record managing multi-floor projects of 15,000 – 30,000 sq ft on tight programmes
*
Strong understanding of fit-out methodology, subcontractor coordination, cost control, site logistics, and health & safety
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
*
Ability to work flexibly between office and site
*
Based in or able to commute comfortably to London (West End)
