Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor required in NW London

GVR Solutions are currently representing a reputable and well-established main contractor, based in London, who are in the market for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor join their commercial team on a freelance basis for a challenging and complex heritage commercial cut and carve refurbishment project in NW London.

Position: Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: North West London

Salary / Rate: £375pd – £400pd

The Freelance Quantity Surveyor must have/be:

* A detailed knowledge of Quantity Surveying working for a main contractor

* Experience working on challenging refurbishment contracts

* Minimum of 7 years Quantity Surveying experience within the main contracting environment

* Excellent analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decision and reporting

* Self-sufficient

* Proven track record of delivering construction projects

* Excellent communication and oral skills

* Comfortable liaising with Clients and Senior Management

* Stable employment history

* High-performing individual

* Versatile

* Excellent time keeping skills
