We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a National Contractor in Stockton-On-Tees. You will be responsible for carrying out all of the aspects of site management, securing resources, monitoring work & the subcontractors and liaising with the management team.

The projects involve overseeing a commercial new build project. Experience as a Site Manager overseeing these types of projects is essential and must be illustrated in your CV.

Candidate Requirements:

* SMSTS

* CSCS card

* 3-day First Aid certification
