Our client specialise in complex refurbishment, retrofit and fit-out, operating across commercial, heritage, public-sector and residential projects. They deliver turnkey solutions from minor works through to multi-million-pound contracts, with a strong focus on precision planning, quality and value. They are now seeking to take on a Site Manager to lead a prestigious £1m fit-out at a museum in London for an immediate start.

Person Specification / Requirements

*

Minimum of a couple years experience as Site Manager in fit-out projects.

*

Proven experience in fit-out environments (commercial, museum, heritage or similar high-quality interiors).

*

Strong track record of managing projects circa £500k-£1m (preferably).

*

Valid CSCS card
