FRA Project Quantity Surveyor – Enfield / City of London
Salary: Up to £57,000

The Opportunity

A leading tier-one property services contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist division. This is an exciting role delivering Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) projects, a mix of planned and reactive works, across social housing and council-owned properties in the City of London. You’ll be based in Enfield for around 2 days per week, with a couple of days working from home, while spending time on City of London projects. This role is ideal for a commercially-minded individual who can take ownership of projects, manage costs effectively, and ensure smooth job delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver FRA projects across social housing and council properties, both planned and reactive. Maintain a strong commercial presence on site, ensuring all variations and change orders are captured. Support pricing, tendering, and cost management across projects. Liaise with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure contractual compliance. Manage project cash flow, cost control, and assist in producing final accounts. Work collaboratively within the specialist division on different types of contract.

About You

Experienced Quantity Surveyor with exposure to commercial surveying, ideally within building services or property maintenance. Comfortable standing on your own two feet, managing projects with minimal supervision. Strong financial and commercial awareness, with a keen eye for detail and value recovery. Confident in pricing, tendering, and subcontractor management. Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across clients, internal teams, and the supply chain.
