About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major commercial project. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven background in managing electrical works within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all on-site electrical activities, including direct trades and subcontractors

*

Ensure electrical installations are completed to design specifications, drawings, and relevant standards

*

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship

*

Coordinate effectively with other trade supervisors, the project manager, and the site management team

*

Enforce strict health & safety procedures, ensuring RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work are adhered to

*

Review and verify testing, inspection, and commissioning documentation

*

Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and report accordingly

*

Support snagging, defect resolution, and project handover processes

*

Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, timesheets, and material usage

Required Qualifications & Experience

*

Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial or industrial projects

*

Proven ability to manage and coordinate electrical teams effectively

*

Valid ECS Gold Card

*

SSSTS certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)

*

Full UK Driving Licence
