Site Manager

Our Modular Space Team is winning work for fun at the moment, it has all gone a bit crackers at Build Space HQ.

On the back of a major national framework win, one of our top Modular Build Main Contractor clients has asked us to supply them with Site Managers for project starts up and down the country.

– Are you a results driven Site Manager with good Modular Build project experience?
– Do you have a track record of delivering fast track projects on time, on budget and to the highest of quality standards?
– Is client liaison one of your strong points?

If so, Build Space has the perfect Site Manager position for you!

Site Manager roles & responsibilities:

– Subcontractor management
– Programme management
– Quality Control
– Maintaining highest H&S standards
– Daily / weekly reporting

Site Manager experience required:

– Minimum 5 years Site Manager experience
– Good Modular Build experience
– Trade background preferred
– CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified
– Excellent communication skills – written & spoken
