Salary: £48,000 – 55,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Introduction:
We are partnering with an award-winning architecture practice in London known for delivering innovative, design-led architecture on large-scale residential projects. Their work spans complex urban regeneration schemes, mixed-use developments, and large multi-unit residential projects, shaping modern city living with creativity, rigour, and technical excellence.
This is a studio where Senior Architects take ownership, contribute to design leadership, and play a central role in shaping early-stage strategy and vision.
This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Project Architect or Senior Architect with proven experience in large-scale residential projects, confident using ArchiCAD, and passionate about leading front-end design and planning stages.

Competitive salary: £48,000 – 55,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday – Hybrid working available
Duties:
Leading front-end design through RIBA Stages 0–3, including concept and planning
Running projects and managing design progress, timelines, and deliverables
Producing high-quality drawings, feasibility studies, and planning documentation
Collaborating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout early-stage design
Managing and mentoring small project teams, providing design direction and feedback
Presenting design proposals internally and externally to planning authorities and clients
Requirements:
ARB Registered and Qualified Architect
Minimum of 5+ years post qualification experience
Strong experience working on large-scale residential projects
Confident delivering early stages (RIBA 0–3) and navigating planning submissions
Proficient using ArchiCAD (experience with BIM workflows beneficial)
Project-running experience, including managing small internal teams
Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a design-led mindset
