Senior Project Manager

A highly supportive project management consultancy based near Covent Gardens are searching for a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager that brings exposure to delivering schemes from Inception-Completion in the Healthcare sector.

The Company that the Senior Project Manager will join:

The Senior Project Manager will be joining a large Consultancy that have 8+ offices in the UK and are renowned for delivering exceptional schemes within the Healthcare sectors. The Project Manager will be supporting the delivery of schemes including new build, refurbishment and fit-outs. The Senior Project Manager will need to be experienced with the NEC Contract type and confident at carrying out contract administration duties.

The Senior Project Manager role:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering the full lifecycle of projects from start-finish. The Senior Project Manager will be supporting a team of Assistant and Project Managers and will be reporting on a weekly basis to an Associate and Project Director with project updates.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for providing mentorship to Assistant Project Managers.

You will be responsible for:

Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors
Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
Reporting project progress updates to the Associate Director / Project Directors on weekly basis
Support the Project Manager with reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
Attend meetings with clients
Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsSenior Project Manager requirements:

Previous experience working for a Consultancy
Experience delivering schemes in the Healthcare sector
MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred
BSc/MSc Project Management
Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously
Previous use of the NEC Contract and Contract Administration experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:

£70,000-£80,000 per annum salary package
