Are you an Electrical Estimator looking to join a dynamic construction business, providing an autonomous role, where you will gain full responsibility in pricing up an exciting range of projects from refurbishments to fit out, ranging up to £5 million in worth?

You will prepare detailed electrical estimates using Trimble software for Design & Build, refurbishment and fit-out works, including CCTV, fire alarms, access control, lighting, UPS and generators, while attending client meetings to ensure full understanding of project requirements.

This company are a Manchester-based construction and fit-out contractor delivering refurbishment, maintenance, and full build solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, and public-sector projects, supported by in-house project management and multi-trade teams.

This role would suit a Electrical Estimator looking for a technically rewarding role with some great company benefits.

The Role:

Use Trimble software to produce electrical estimates.
Cover CCTV, fire alarms, access control, lighting, UPS and generators.
Attend client meetings to confirm project requirements.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with flexibility to start earlier, 8am to 4pm etc.The Person:

Electrical Estimator or similar
Design and Build background
