Project Manager/Construction Manager

Construction Manager/Project Manager – Fitzrovia – Office Fitout – £8M project value

Our client is a leading fitout contractor who specialise in CAT A/B Fitout, and they are looking for a Project Manager/Construction Manager to deliver a new phase of an office building fitout. Project is 12 months work. Temp to Perm position.

Project Manager will be expected to:

* Run an £8M Fitout including structural works, fitout of communal areas including reception, meetings rooms etc and new lift shafts

*

Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis

*

Coordinate/ book all trades

*

Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard

*

Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings

*

Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving

*

Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers

*

Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Previous Office Fitout experience
