Your new role
They are seeking a Project Manager with fit-out experience to join their team. In this role, you will oversee land-based fit-out projects from initial design to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Coordinating project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve any concerns.
- Overseeing the procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to project specifications.
- Utilising your expertise in fit-out projects to manage contracts, administer changes, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
What you’ll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need to bring extensive experience in managing fit-out projects across diverse sectors. You will possess outstanding project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality fit-out projects on time and within budget.
Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members, ensuring seamless project delivery.
A thorough knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, combined with practical application on-site, is essential.
Proficiency in project management software and Excel is crucial, along with having the necessary certifications and tickets such as CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS. A proactive problem-solver, you will tackle challenges head-on and make decisive decisions to keep projects on track.
