Position: Resident Liaison Officer (6 Month Contract)

Location: London (Sites across Ascot, Bromley, Oxted)

Salary / Day Rate: £40k – £50k pro rate (day rate can be discussed)

An established specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support the delivery of live façade remediation schemes across Ascot, Bromley and Oxted.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity offering flexibility and the chance to play a vital role in projects that make buildings safer, more sustainable and fully compliant. Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) Job Overview

Act as the key liaison between residents, project management, and site delivery teams during remediation works.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and key stakeholders across sites in Ascot, Bromley and Oxted.
Coordinate access arrangements, handovers, and reinstatement works.
Manage and resolve any resident concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Support the planning and scheduling of works to minimise disruption to occupants.
Prepare and distribute resident communications including newsletters, updates and notices.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, access logs and correspondence.
Attend progress meetings and provide feedback to the site and project teams.

Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)Job Requirements

Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer, or similar within construction or refurbishment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in occupied buildings.
Knowledge of façade remediation, cladding, or occupied refurbishment advantageous.
Organised, proactive and able to work independently as part of a wider team.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly between Ascot, Bromley and Oxted.
