We’re proud to be partnering with a dynamic and expanding office and commercial fit-out specialist, renowned for delivering high-quality refurbishment projects across the UK. As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects, ensuring excellence in delivery, safety, and client satisfaction.

The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of commercial fit-out and refurbishment schemes from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll lead project teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects, typically valued between £250k and £2m.

* Oversee site teams and ensure delivery aligns with programme, budget, and quality expectations.

* Act as the primary client contact, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.

* Collaborate with internal design, commercial, and estimating teams to ensure seamless project execution.

* Manage subcontractors, procurement schedules, and resource planning.

* Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices across all sites.

* Produce regular project reports and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

About You

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial interiors, fit-out, or refurbishment. You’ll be a confident communicator, commercially astute, and capable of managing multiple live sites.

You’ll bring:

* Demonstrable experience as a Project or Contracts Manager in the commercial fit-out/refurb sector.

* Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and contract administration.

* Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.

* A solutions-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.

* SMSTS and CSCS Black Card (essential).

* A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel (primarily across the North West).
