Site Manager – Hospital Refurbishment & Fit-Out

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a hospital refurbishment and fit-out project running for approximately 16 weeks. The role will involve managing all site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest standards within a live hospital environment.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing logistics, maintaining strict health and safety standards, and ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations. The successful candidate will have a proactive and organised approach, with a solid understanding of compliance, sequencing, and quality control in sensitive, operational settings.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience delivering refurbishment or fit-out projects within hospitals or healthcare environments

*

Strong understanding of infection control, permit-to-work systems, and live-site procedures

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
