The Opportunity

We are immediately seeking an experienced and hands-on Working Foreman to lead a prestigious, high specification residential refurbishment project in Leafield, Oxfordshire.

This is a fantastic long-term contract opportunity, starting next week and running until Summer 2026, with a strong likelihood of follow on projects for a reliable and quality focused candidate.

What You Will Be Doing

Leading from the front as a hands-on Foreman, ensuring exceptional quality workmanship.

Overseeing daily site operations and managing project delivery to the highest specifications.

*

Coordinating trades, ensuring strict Health & Safety standards are maintained.

*

Managing small teams and communicating effectively with subcontractors and the project manager.

We Are Looking For

*

Proven Working Foreman experience on high-end residential refurbishment projects.

*

Strong trade background – Carpentry highly desirable.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Ability to start next week or with minimal notice.

*

SSSTS & First Aid certification or equivalent.
