Site Manager (Housing)

Salary: £65,000 per annum plus package

Role & Responsibilities

Manage the site of a new build housing development circa 100 units
Manage subcontractors and direct labour offering technical advice when needed
Ensure quality control is followed and the site programme is adhered to
Conduct site reports for the contracts manager
Lead site meetings when required
Health and Safety responsibility including toolbox talks

Required Knowledge & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a number 1 housing site manager
Experience on traditional build and timber frame preferred  
Full UK driving license.
CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid
NVQ Level 6 preferred
