Aztrum are proud to announce a new partnership with an innovative architectural practice located in Solihull. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Architect/Architectural Technologist to contribute to the ongoing development of the practice. 

Key Responsibilities for this Architect/Architectural Technologist role:

Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages 
Prepare planning and building regulation submissions
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design issues 
Assist in project delivery from concept through to construction stagesKey Requirements for this Architect/Architectural Technologist role:

Experience delivering UK residential projects 
Strong Revit proficiency for technical drawings and BIM coordination
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
