Salary: £75,000–£85,000 + Package

Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of high-value new-build schemes, typically ranging between £20m–£100m+, overseeing projects from pre-construction through to handover. This role blends technical expertise, commercial awareness, and client engagement to ensure every project meets the highest standards.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage programme and cost performance, and act as the key client interface, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency remain at the heart of every decision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of industrial and logistics projects.
Develop and deliver project programmes in line with budget, scope, and client expectations.
Oversee site delivery teams and ensure subcontractor performance meets high standards.
Drive proactive health, safety, and environmental leadership across all project activities.
Manage project risk, procurement, and change control processes.
Maintain close communication with clients, consultants, and senior management to ensure seamless collaboration.
Champion quality control, technical excellence, and continuous improvement throughout delivery.
Requirements
Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Construction Manager for a main contractor.
Experience leading new-build industrial, logistics, or large commercial projects (£10m+).
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
Strong commercial understanding and ability to deliver projects to tight programmes.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred.
Confident communicator with strong client-facing and reporting skills.
