Our client is a well-established construction company renowned for delivering high-quality high-rise residential developments. With a growing project portfolio, they’re now seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join their team. The first project will be an exciting new-build apartment scheme in Central London.

About you: The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and a proven track record in delivering residential projects from start to finish. You will be:
An excellent leader with experience managing package managers
Highly motivated and driven
Experienced in residential schemes (BTR or student accommodation)
Skilled at leading teams and maintaining programme, quality, and safety standards
Key responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility for site construction activities
Drive the project to meet programme and budget targets
Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure cost efficiency
Maintain strong client relationships
Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and quality
Provide direct line management to package managers
