provide technical support to feasibility work
prepare and develop Building information models
liaise with consultants for the preparation of design information
produce design drawing and reports for building regulation checks
design and develop technical drawing packages.Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:

Relevant degree within architecture
Significant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Registration with CIAT is desirable
Job running experience is essential
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
