Exciting opportunity for a No1 Site Manager looking to progress within a business. This is with a regional contractor on a School extension in Enfield. Project worth is Circa £3.5 million.

This contractor prides themselves on attention to detail and providing an excellent service to their clients with whom they have worked with for several years. The successful Site Manager must have experience with either Fit Out or Internal projects which they have completed.

Previous experience of leading similar projects as a NO.1 Site Manager is essential. There will be opportunity for more work after this job.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

Experience running a similar project
Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
Keen eye for detail
Fit Out or Internals experienceWe are paying between £250-£280cis per day for the right candidate.
