️ Planner – Luxury Hospitality & Residential Projects
Location: London (Office/Site-Based) Salary: £80,000-£95,000 + 28 Days Annual Leave Reporting to: Project Directors & Operations Director

The Role
This is a key opporutnity for a Planner to work across multiple high-value hospitality and residential schemes, ranging from £2M to £40M. The successful candidate will be embedded full-time in London either site-based or in the Mayfair, they will play a critical role in both preconstruction and live project delivery.
🛠️ Responsibilities
Pre-Construction
Develop detailed tender programmes and collaborate with operational teams to define delivery strategy
Incorporate full design, IRS, and procurement timelines into programme planning
Apply experience across D&B, traditional, two-stage, and competitive tenders
Confidently present tender programmes to clients and stakeholders
Build linked resource plans to support delivery
Construction Stage
Create and manage full construction programmes, including trade-filtered, target, and look-ahead schedules
Monitor weekly progress, flag slippage, and report to delivery teams
Prepare impacted delay programmes and support EOT submissions or defence of delay claims
Issue early warning notices with updated programme extracts
Analyse delay data to identify root causes and primary impacts
Contribute to internal and external progress reports
Ensure milestone tracking for delivery, close-out, and quality assurance
🎯 Candidate Profile
Strong background in high-quality hospitality and residential construction
Experience with occupied refurbishments, rooftop conversions, and complex alterations
Skilled in programme development, delay analysis, and stakeholder communication
Proficient in planning software and collaborative project environments
Comfortable working across multiple sites and engaging with senior leadership
