A national building consultancy is looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager with a building surveying background to support delivery of industrial schemes. The successful Assistant Project Manager will join a well-regarded team and work on projects across the UK. The role is suited to an Assistant Project Manager with a construction or building surveying background, looking to progress towards full chartership.

The Assistant Project Manager's role

The Assistant Project Manager will assist with project planning, contractor liaison, and on-site quality monitoring. You will support senior project leads in delivering schemes across all RIBA stages, with a focus on client reporting and contract admin.

The Assistant Project Manager

Degree in Building Surveying or Construction Management

Previous experience in industrial/logistics projects preferred

Strong communication and organisational skills

Working towards MRICS or similar

Willingness to travel UK-wide
