CDM Officer
Peace Recruitment is working with a major Scottish local authority to recruit an experienced CDM Officer to support a large-scale regeneration and infrastructure programme. My client is based near Glasgow.
This hybrid role involves ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations, providing expert Health & Safety advice, and supporting the safe delivery of a wide range of construction and civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and monitor CDM and Health & Safety compliance across multiple projects.

Review and develop risk assessments, method statements and construction phase plans.
*
Provide professional advice and reports to management and project teams.
*
Support the development of safe systems of work and pre-construction information.
Requirements
*
HND / Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
*
Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015.
*
IOSH membership (or working towards).
*
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel locally.
