Contracts Manager

The Company:

We are working with a growing, successful refurbishment contractor. They are a privately owned company with plenty of cash in the bank and are well known for treating their staff well. Majority of the work they win is framework driven and repeat business through their long-standing client relationships.

The Role/You:

Due to planned growth and a healthy pipeline of work they are now in a position to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple schemes in North Manchester & West Yorkshire.

The role will be split between their offices and visits to sites & meetings; you’ll be responsible for managing your own diary.

You will be based in or able to commute to North Manchester on a daily basis and be willing to travel between their offices in Merseyside and sites in Greater Manchester.

Ideally you will have experience working as a Project or Contracts Manager in the Housing Refurbishment sector.

The contractor in question are big on training and progression, if you have worked within the Housing Refurbishment sector as a Site Manager, this role can offer a step up to the next stage in your career!
