Junior Estimator

My client are a family-run façade business with modern facilities, a solid pipeline, and a clear growth plan.
Now they're looking for an Estimator who wants to learn, grow, and build a career in the aluminium and façade world.

You’ll work from a modern facility with proper manufacturing kit, a dedicated design office, and even an onsite gym.
They take sustainability seriously — from materials and recycling to transport and fabrication.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assist with take-offs and quantity checks from drawings
* Send supplier enquiries and gather pricing
* Build up cost sheets and pricing support
* Work with design and project teams to understand scope and buildability
* Support tender submissions and commercial admin
* Learn systems, standards, and pricing logic as you grow
What they're Looking For
* Sharp with numbers and detail-focused
* Confident reading drawings (or keen to learn fast)
* Organised, reliable, and proactive
* Strong communicator with a positive attitude
* Construction or aluminium experience useful but not essential
* Someone who wants to develop into a fully-fledged Estimator
