The Role
As the Project Manager, you’ll:

Take profit and loss responsibility for allocated projects, ensuring every detail is managed with precision.
Lead and coordinate matrix-managed teams to deliver projects using a combination of in-house and outsourced resources.
Establish clear communication with stakeholders, managing expectations regarding programme and budget at all stages of the project lifecycle.
Create strategic, operational, and tactical programmes following the recognised processes to effectively deliver projects.
Develop comprehensive Work Method Statements and ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all sites.  

You

Proven experience in project management, ideally within the FM sector.
Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Ability to lead diverse teams in a matrix-managed environment.
Expertise in developing compliance documentation and ensuring health and safety standards.
Organisational skills to manage multiple projects while maintaining an eye for detail.
