Health & Safety Manager
EA Associates are working in partnership with a well-established subcontractor based in Brentwood, who are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and develop their Health & Safety function.

The role:

Oversee all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple sites.

Develop, implement, and maintain H&S policies and procedures in line with current legislation.

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
*
Provide guidance, training, and support to site teams and management.
*
Promote a proactive safety culture across the business.
*
Liaise with clients, site management, and external bodies on all H&S matters.
Requirements:
*
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
*
Proven experience in a Health & Safety management role, ideally within construction or civils.
*
Knowledge of light civils projects – highly desirable.
*
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
*
Proactive approach with a passion for improving standards and driving change.
