Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services (Retail)
💷 £50–55k + £6k car allowance + pension + laptop + mobile

We’re on the lookout for a Mechanical Project Manager to join an established contractor based out of Calderdale. You’ll be managing projects within the building services sector, mainly focused on retail clients — so expect a mix of office-based work and site visits (all expenses covered).

You’ll take charge of mechanical projects from start to finish, keeping clients happy, managing budgets, and making sure everything runs smoothly on site. We’re after someone who’s confident in front of clients and well organised.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years experience managing mechanical/building services projects

Solid understanding of the retail/building services sector

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Able to manage budgets, teams, and timelines confidently

The details:

Based in Calderdale with travel to client sites (expenses covered)

Start date: January 2026
