Project Manager – Recladding Project

Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £1m re-cladding scheme in Bath. The project involves the removal and replacement of existing façade elements to meet updated compliance standards. You’ll oversee the full delivery process — from pre-start through to handover — ensuring the works are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of overall site delivery, health & safety, programme, and quality.

Liaise with the client, design team, and supply chain to coordinate works efficiently.

*

Manage site meetings, progress reporting, and subcontractor performance.

*

Oversee material procurement and ensure works are compliant with specification and regulations.

*

Ensure all site documentation and QA is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

*

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing façade or cladding projects.

*

Proven track record delivering schemes up to £1–2m in value.

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification.

*

Excellent client communication and reporting skills.

*

Strong understanding of recladding compliance, fire safety, and building control standards
