Site Manager – Recladding Project

Overview:
We’re looking for a Site Manager to join an established specialist contractor on a £1m re-cladding project in Bath. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site coordination, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity are maintained throughout the works.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and logistics on a live recladding project.

Implement and maintain all H&S procedures and site documentation.

*

Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver works to programme and budget.

*

Conduct quality inspections, sign-off works, and complete relevant QA paperwork.

*

Maintain good relationships with residents, the client, and the wider project team.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Site Manager on re-clad or façade refurbishment projects.

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), and First Aid qualifications.

*

Strong H&S focus and attention to detail.

*

Experience managing subcontractors and external trades on occupied sites preferred
