We're seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Maidstone, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost-effective and efficient delivery.

Previous main contractor experience
Proficient in interpreting and analyzing technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Skilled in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management for construction projects
Experienced in managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Adept at identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges throughout the construction process
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Membership in a professional body, such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
