Site Manager – Recladding Works

Overview:
We’re recruiting a Site Manager for a £1.3m re-cladding project in Shoreham-by-Sea (Brighton area). The project will involve full removal and replacement of existing cladding systems, working with a specialist subcontractor. The successful candidate will manage all on-site operations, ensuring safety, programme, and quality objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activities including supervision of trades and subcontractors.

Oversee H&S, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with all site procedures.

*

Ensure programme milestones are met and quality standards maintained.

*

Complete QA checks, daily diaries, and progress reports.

*

Liaise with Project Manager, client representatives, and local stakeholders.

Requirements:

*

Proven track record managing re-cladding or façade refurbishment projects.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid required.

*

Strong understanding of fire remediation, insulation systems, and reclad compliance.

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

*

Ability to manage a fast-paced, safety-critical environment
