We’re seeking a high-calibre Groundworks Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role with our client, a successful and growing civil engineering contractor based in Isleworth.

This isn’t a trainee or stepping-stone position — we’re looking for someone currently working and delivering at a high level, ideally within a company turning over £10m+, who’s ready to be head-hunted into a role that offers autonomy, trust, and reward.

About the Role:

Full-time, permanent QS position within an established groundworks contractor.

*

Mix of office-based and client-facing work – you’ll be trusted to manage your own projects and relationships.

*

Ongoing and upcoming projects in Camden, Winchester, and Nutley.

*

Company vehicle provided.

What We’re Looking For:

A commercially sharp, confident QS with groundworks experience.

*

Someone who can be left to run the office day-to-day, price and manage jobs independently, and represent the company with clients.

*

Age or years of experience aren’t critical — attitude, reliability, and professionalism are.

*

Ideally coming from a £10m+ turnover company, looking for a more rewarding and flexible role.

Package:
💷 £100,000+ per annum (negotiable for the right person)
