A leading company in the public sector is seeking a Health & Safety Manager in Kent to spearhead their health and safety strategy.

The Role
As the Health & Safety Manager, you’ll:

Lead on health and safety compliance across construction and building projects.
Provide expert advice on the application of CDM Regulations 2015.
Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
Deliver training and engage staff at all levels on safety matters.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure best practice is followed.
Support project delivery with a focus on safety, quality, and timelines.  

You
To be successful in the role of Health & Safety Manager, you’ll bring:

A degree or HNC/HND in a relevant discipline.
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) with membership of IOSH or similar professional body.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation.
Experience in construction or civil engineering safety.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across Kent and work flexibly as needed.
