Planner

We are seeking an experienced planner / senior planner to join the delivery team on a £300 million construction project in Cardiff. This multi-phase scheme includes commercial, residential, and infrastructure works, offering a key role on a high-profile development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project

*

Support planning across tender, design, procurement, and construction phases

*

Produce regular progress updates, reports, and dashboards for senior management and clients

*

Conduct critical path, delay, and impact analysis

*

Coordinate planning inputs with design, commercial, and site delivery teams

*

Identify and manage project risks

Requirements

*

Experience as a planner or senior planner on large-scale (£100m+) construction or infrastructure projects

*

Strong knowledge of Primavera P6
