The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering luxury residential projects to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and financial planning while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

Managing contracts and procurement processes.

Monitoring project finances and reporting on progress.

Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery.

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Supporting the project team with commercial insight and advice.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within high-end residential construction.

*

Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, bespoke builds, and super-prime property requirements.

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Detail-oriented, commercially astute, and proactive in problem-solving.

*

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (RICS accreditation desirable).
