* £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
* Hybrid role – flexible hours (40 per week)

Summary:
Do you want to join a friendly, progressive team handling property repairs from start to finish? Our client is looking for someone with insurance claims experience to act as an Assistant Contracts Manager / Desktop Contracts Manager; liaising with homeowners and Contracts Managers/Surveyors, organising trades teams and ensuring works projects runs smoothly and to budget.
Role:
As an Assistant Contracts Manager / Desktop Contracts Manager, you will be managing small repairs projects (up to £10k), updating full details on various systems, keeping accurate records, booking in & coordinating trades visits and working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met throughout the project.
Experience:
Our client is looking for someone who is experienced in dealing with property claims / reinstatement works as a Claims Coordinator or Desktop / Assistant Contracts Manager – ideally for a contractor, insurer or loss adjuster in the insurance repairs industry.
* You will need excellent verbal & written communication skills and be confident in learning new systems.
* Organisation and prioritisation skills are also essential for this role.
* If you have a working knowledge of Salesfoce, CoreLogic, Xactimate (or similar portals) this will be highly advantageous.
Future:
This role will suit someone who is looking to progress their career in one of two directions; either developing into a Contracts Manager who manages projects (both office & from site) or developing into a leader/manager overseeing a team of Coordinators and/or Desktop Contracts Managers – there will be training and support for both routes.
Location:
The ideal Assistant Contracts Manager / Desktop Contracts Manager will be based in or around the greater London (south), Surrey or Kent area to be able to commute to the office on the days you will be office based (hybrid role).
Salary:
* £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
* Flexible office hours
* 25 days holiday (plus BH)
