Senior Site Manager

Tier 1 main contractor seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee all externals works on a high-end retail project in Bicester. This role will begin in mid-December, allowing time to review drawings, learn company systems, and manage initial enabling works before the main scheme goes live in January.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in external façade and render works within a fast-paced, design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all external construction and refurbishment activities on high-spec retail units

* Manage enabling works and ensure smooth transition into full site delivery phase

* Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics

* Supervise removal of existing render and installation of new render systems

* Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards

* Liaise closely with project and commercial teams to maintain programme and quality targets

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on high-end retail or commercial projects

* Strong background in externals and façade/render packages

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

* Flexible with working hours – may involve day or night shifts depending on programme requirements

* Available to start mid-December
