Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on challenging construction projects in London. This is a hands-on role offering significant responsibility and career progression.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in construction

*

Principal Contractor experience

*

Strong knowledge of Groundworks and RC frame construction

*

Design & Build experience essential

*

Experience managing packages up to £20M

*

Valid SMSTS, TWC, AP ticket, or equivalent

*

Knowledge of Asta Powerproject advantageous

*

Strong understanding of Health & Safety and procurement
