I’m recruiting on behalf of my client a Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor an Experienced – Senior Planner

About the Company

Tier 1 main contractor with a longstanding reputation and one of the most successful and largest privately owned main contractors in the UK.

Ideal opportunity for an already experienced Senior Planner or an intermediate level Planner who is ready for promotion to Senior.

Also have an additional vacancy available for an Intermediate level planner to join this growing team as well.

Role:

As Senior Planner your role will include:

The role will involve a mix of Tender stage and Live works planning duties, using Asta power project software, working on across a range of sectors including Education, Health, Leisure, Student Accommodation and PRS.
Required :
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

– Knowledge of Building Sector.
– Previous employment as a Senior Planner, Planner, Planning Engineer or Site Manager
– Previous experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, High Rise Residential, Hotels, MOJ, Industrial, MOD or Education.
– Previous Main Contractor Experience
– Relevant qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
Renumeration:
The successful Senior Planner will receive:
*Competitive Basic (based on experience)
*Car Allowance
*Pension
