Senior HSE Lead

Project just starting. Enabling works underway. Construction access route ongoing. Civils → installation of batteries → commissioning. Integration with 400kV substation. Working with Principal Designer.Senior HSE Lead (this role) will be the last person to leave project

The ideal candidate would have;

Minimum NEBOSH, but ideally NEBOSH Diploma:

• Site-based HSE lead on major infrastructure/EPC projects.
• BESS experience strongly preferred.
• HV experience required (132 kV acceptable; 400 kV ideal).
• Substations, HV cabling, grid infrastructure, DNO or National Grid exposure.
• Strong client-facing delivery.
• Self-sufficient; minimal micromanagement.
• Capable of taking charge, setting up site, leading safety from day one.
• Concise communicator.
• Eager to learn; able to research and present information when unknown
