This is a great opportunity to join a growing architectural practice that's quickly establishing itself within the residential sector. They're seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to take the technical lead on a variety of projects, from bespoke home extensions to multi-unit developments.

Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist with strong technical design and project delivery skills? Do you want to join a relaxed, supportive environment where training, development, and progression are genuinely encouraged?

This practice delivers a full range of residential architecture services, from small-scale refurbishments to high-value apartment schemes. Established less than two years ago, they've built a strong reputation and deliver over 30 projects each month. With continued growth planned, this is a fantastic opportunity to join early and play a key role in shaping their technical delivery and standards.

You'll be leading projects from concept through to completion preparing detailed technical drawings, overseeing building control submissions, managing a small team of technologists, and liaising with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders. You'll take ownership of your projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality design outcomes.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced Technologist with a solid understanding of building regulations, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and a passion for residential design. This role suits someone who enjoys both hands-on project delivery and mentoring others within a growing, collaborative team.

The Role:
* Lead and manage residential projects from concept to completion
* Prepare and review detailed technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
* Oversee a small team of technologists and manage workflow
* Manage building control submissions and principal designer responsibilities

The Person:
* Experienced Architectural Technologist with strong technical knowledge
* Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
* Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations
* Strong communication and organisational skills
