Facade Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a facade bias to join our client on a project in Swansea which is close to completion. The initial role will cover approximately 1 month, with the strong potential for a long-term transfer to a prestigious new development in the Vale of Glamorgan with the same client in the same role..
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-driven professional to join a respected tier 1 contractor delivering high-quality facade and external envelope packages in South Wales.
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day facade installation works on site, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
*
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on facade works.
*
Liaise with site management, design teams, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Ensure Health & Safety standards are met and maintained at all times.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Facade or Externals Manager on medium to large-scale construction projects.
*
Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, including rainscreen, curtain walling, cladding, and glazing.
*
SMSTS & SMSTS
*
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
*
Ability to start immediately and commit to the duration of the initial project.
